Are you in crisis?
This website and practice is not a crisis service and is not intended to provide emergency support. If you are experiencing an immediate crisis or emergency, do not wait for a scheduled appointment and do not leave a voicemail, text message, or email expecting an urgent response. Our practice is not able to provide crisis intervention.
If you are in crisis or in an emergency, it is important to get help right away. Please contact 911, go to your nearest hospital or crisis centre, call the police if immediate safety is at risk, or reach out to your local child welfare or Indigenous child and family well-being organization for urgent support.
Once the immediate crisis has passed, you are welcome to contact us so that we can be informed of the situation and offer follow-up support within the scope of our services.
